I’ve jumped on the baby-stiletto-bandwagon lately. I tried them for the first time a few weeks ago, and I first painted them with little heart tips. Then I repainted them in a custom mix of polishes to create a slightly shimmery blood-red color. This week, I’m going with a nice neutral – Julep Nail Vernis in Pippa.
Clearly, it’s named after that famous sister who stole the show on Duchess Kate’s wedding day, and it’s such a perfect name! It’s not quite a mannequin hands color on me (I have a lot of red in my hands, especially my fingertips, so I don’t know that it’s really possible to create mannequin hands on me), and I absolutely love how subtle yet striking it is. I’ll definitely enjoy wearing this for the next week!
